3.4U Supervisor (m/f/d)

As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Supervising offshore ROV inspection activities in accordance with project specifications and applicable industry standards
• Overseeing the external inspection of offshore wind turbine foundations, including the offshore substation (OSS) foundation
• Monitoring the inspection of monopile and transition piece structures, including cathodic protection systems Ensuring compliance with project procedures, quality standards and HSE requirements throughout the campaign
• Coordinating inspection activities with the vessel crew, ROV contractor and client representatives
• Reviewing inspection findings and supporting the preparation of inspection documentation and reports

• Completed technical or maritime education, e.g. Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience supervising offshore ROV inspection or subsea inspection campaigns
• Offshore wind experience and a strong understanding of subsea structures and cathodic protection systems
• Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, a structured working style and a high level of safety awareness

  • GWO package (First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling, Sea Survival incl. Boat transfer, Working at Heights <1)
  • Offshore Medial (NOGEPA, AWMF, UGOK)
  • CSWIP 3.4U – Underwater Inspection Controller
• Compensation:
  • Day Rate (all-in) under freelance contract: To be discusses with candidates
• Contract duration:
  • Mobilization: 26.07.2026
  • Duration: 5-10 days
