Senior Marine Coordination Consultant (m/f/d) OWF Baltic Power

As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities: 

• Coordination and oversight of marine operations, including vessel management, scheduling, and reporting. 
• Acting as the primary interface between project teams, contractors, marine stakeholders and authorities 
• Ensuring compliance with HSE, maritime regulations, and company standards. 
• Monitoring marine activities and providing guidance on risk assessments and operational limitations. 
• Supporting logistics, port calls, and offshore transfers. 
• Preparing daily and weekly reports for project management 
• Leading / attending daily calls 
• Review of Method Statements / project documentation

• Strong knowledge of offshore wind or marine construction projects. 
• Strong communication and coordination skills in multinational project environments. 
• Familiarity with international and local maritime legislation. 
• Relevant seafaring background with Master Mariner or Chief Officer license   
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken). 
• Willingness to work in a rotation schedule
