To strengthen our team in Hamburg we are currently searching for a

Senior Document Controller (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Administration and maintenance of project documentation for offshore wind projects.
• Ensuring proper storage and traceability of technical and administrative documents.
• Supporting the creation, review, and approval of documents in collaboration with project teams.
• Coordinating document flows between internal departments and external partners.
• Maintaining and updating document management systems (DMS).
• Conducting regular reviews of document inventories for completeness and accuracy.
• Assisting in the preparation and provision of documentation for audits and certification processes.

• A completed degree in business or technical studies, ideally related to document management or control.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the offshore wind or renewable energy sector.
• A meticulous and structured work approach with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in working with document management systems (Aconex, others) and MS Office (SharePoint and others).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Fluent English language skills (negotiation level). Good German language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
