HSE Supervisor (m/f/d)

As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Performing HSE inspections and supervising offshore construction activities
• Monitoring compliance with HSE requirements, procedures, and legislation
• Conducting safety inspections and identifying hazards and unsafe conditions
• Supporting corrective and preventive actions
• Participating in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident investigations
• Promoting safety culture, providing HSE guidance, and liaising with stakeholders

• Completed technical qualification, vocational training, or university degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Management, Industrial Safety, or a comparable discipline.
• Initial offshore experience in an HSE supervision, HSE inspection, or HSE advisory role, ideally within the offshore wind or marine construction industry.
• Strong understanding of offshore HSE legislation, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, and safe working practices.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Confident communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently within an international project team.

Requirements & Compensation:

Below you will find the requirements and the general working conditions:

•  Minimum required certificates:
  • GWO package (First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling, Sea Survival incl. Boat transfer, Working at Heights >12 months)
  • Offshore Medial (NOGEPA, AWMF, UGOK)
  • EuP
  • HUET incl. CA-EBS
  • SiGeKo Certificate
• Compensation:
  • Freelance day rate: €850 per offshore working day (12-hour shift)
  • Additional €120 per travel day to cover travel arrangements
  • No compensation for travel days beyond the agreed travel allowance
  • Accommodation provided on the offshore platform / jack-up barge
  • Crew changes take place on Wednesdays/Thursdays
• Contract duration:
  • ~ 2 months
