Site Coordinator (m/f/d) OWF Windanker

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Coordinating technician, welding, and painting teams and ensuring smooth execution of work campaigns
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable internal HSE regulations as well as customer requirements
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal interfaces
• Planning and coordinating personnel deployment, shifts, rotations, and the use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Creating deployment, maintenance, and shift schedules, reports, and risk assessments (RAMS)
• Supervising coating works, coordinating customs and transfer processes, and managing warehouse and tool logistics

We look forward to receiving your application if your profile meets most of the following criteria:

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable technical background
• Solid hands-on experience in personnel coordination
• Strong technical understanding and a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English language skills
• Valid Class B driving license
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a confident manner
• Structured, methodical, and solution-oriented working style

Additional Information

• Working hours: 10 hours per day
• Work model: Shift system with 14 days on duty followed by 14 days off
• Accommodation: Provided by us during on-duty periods
